Anne with an E is the cinematographic version of the novel Anne of Green Gables by Lucy Maud Montgomery and it has one season of seven episodes, for now, and it has already been renewed for a second season.
The fact that the anime I loved as a child has turned into a TV series was enough for me, but I could never imagine that it would be such a good show.
