Timeless - Eric Kripke, Shawn Ryan ~ ☕☕☕☕

Hello everyone!

Today, I want to  review a TV series started last October: Timeless.
Initially, I was very skeptical about it because my first thought was "Another series about time travels? Let's hope there will not be too many clichés."
Instead, I have been positively surprised.

Plot. 
The mysterious criminal Garcia Flynn (Goran Višnjić) steals a time machine from a lab, kidnaps one of the only two pilots and disappears. The people in charge of the laboratory decide to follow this criminal in order to stop and kill him.

This is the reason why they call Lucy Preston (Abigail Spencer), a very good historian, Wyatt Logan (Matt Lanter), a U.S. Army Delta Force operative, and Rufus Carlin (Malcom Berrett), the only time machine pilot left.
So, these three complete strangers start an amazing travel to the discovery of American History and many other things.
Moreover, Garcia Flynn confesses Lucy that he wants to destroy Rittenhouse, "nothing" else.
But what is this Rittenhouse? How is this involved in their lives? And who truly is Garcia Flynn?

The plot and the characters of this show are, in my opinion, sooo good! They can take you in the story with them, make you discover the American History - that as a European I do not well know and as a history-lover I am very interested in - and can surprise you all the time.
The characters are well-built, they are not cliched and it is very fascinating to slowly discover their stories, their pasts, their lives, their troubles.

I will not say anything about direction, script etc because I just am  not the right person to do that.
All I can say is that I do not dislike them, at all.

In conclusion, I really recommend this show to everyone and I hope it will not be cancelled as many other amazing shows *Galavant, coff, coff*.
